In Office Laser Procedures

The laser works by "vaporizing" tissue with a concentrated beam of light.  Because the doctor can precisely control the effect of the laser, there is very little impact on tissue surrounding treatment site.  The benefits of laser treatment often  include reduced or no bleeding, reduced need for anesthesia, minimal swelling and scarring, and in general, more comfortable  healing.  The need for stitches is the  eliminated in many cases, and most laser procedures are completed in a single office visit.

The accuracy and ease of laser surgery allows your doctor to offer an effective alternative to more complicated, traditional treatments, and in some cases to offer new treatment where none had been available. You can see why thousands of health care providers worldwide are using the C02 laser for a variety of conditions.
